Two night minimum on weekends during peak season, Three night minimum on holidays.

Check-in anytime after 3pm.
Check-out by 11am.

Cancellation Policies

Leisure Visitors:

• First nights room charges are due upon booking.
• Deposit will be forfeited as a result of any of the following:

1. Cancelling because of weather unless roads are closed (applies to groups & reunions as well)
2. Cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival.

Groups & Reunions:

• First nights room charges are due upon booking.
• All deposits can be transferred to another date within the same calendar year without forfeit if notice is received 31+ days prior to event.
• If it is necessary to cancel your event, a refund schedule is listed below:

31+ days = 75%     30-14 days = 38%     13 or less days = 0

15% AARP Discount available Sunday through Thursday peak season, all week long off season
